Aniko Hill, Co-Founder & President
Aniko is a seasoned tech industry leader and team builder who specializes in organizing and curating experts to solve complex challenges. She is the co-founder and Executive Director of DopaMind, a nonprofit focused on kids' digital wellness that empowers children and their caregivers to develop healthy relationships with technology through content, education, and events. Her work is built on extensive experience in social media and brand building through her award-winning creative agency, The Kitchen Collaborative, where she helps companies foster meaningful connections with their audiences through comprehensive online campaigns. Aniko brings additional expertise as a college-level instructor, PTA president, and presenter to parents and school staff.

Bethany Barton, Co-Founder & Treasurer
Bethany is an award-winning author and illustrator of children’s books. Her 2015 book I’m Trying To Love Spiders (Viking/Penguin) garnered numerous awards and starred reviews, including the 2016 Children’s Choice Award 3rd/4th Grade Book of The Year. Her 2017 book Give Bees A Chance (Viking/Penguin) was a 2017 SCIBA Award finalist, was listed in Scripps National Spelling Bee “Great Words, Great Works,” and was featured in the New York Times. Her 2019 book, I'm Trying to Love Math (Viking/Penguin), was named an Amazon Best Book of 2019. The newest in the series, I’m Trying To Love Rocks (Viking/Penguin), hit stores in June of 2020 with 2 starred reviews. Her books have been translated into 4 languages.

Jesse is a seasoned agency production manager with over 15 years of experience, specializing in helping businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies complete their projects on time and within budget. He has led diverse teams to deliver results that boost brand awareness and drive product sales. Jesse is passionate about managing high stakes projects with a lot of moving parts that deliver measurable results.

Kelly Beech, Operations Director
Kelly Beech is a seasoned professional and team leader with a diverse background in education, business management, and public speaking. She began her career as an actor, bringing stories to life on stage and screen. Since then, Kelly has leveraged her organizational skills, serving as a house manager and business manager for producers and agencies in the entertainment and marketing industries for over 15 years. Before becoming Operations Director at DopaMind, she channeled her passion for leadership and education as the director of a renowned preschool in Los Angeles, where she nurtured young minds and fostered creativity through play-based education. With degrees in Communications, English, and Child Development, Kelly combines her academic knowledge with her varied experiences, bringing a unique perspective to every role she takes on.

Andy Bennett
Andy Bennett leads operations at Opal, a screen time management app focused on helping students and families manage digital distraction. He holds a degree in Psychology from Haverford College and brings expertise in both product leadership and behavioral psychology to his work. Andy oversees Opal for Schools, partnering with educators to address the growing challenge of technology distraction in academic settings.

Justin H. Dove, EdS, NCSP, LEP
Justin H. Dove is a nationally certified school psychologist and licensed educational psychologist. He holds a BS in Human Ecology and both an MA and an EdS in School Psychology from The Ohio State University. Most recently, he served the Mirman School in Bel Air for four years, bringing extensive expertise to supporting intellectually gifted students and their families. There, he also collaborated with colleagues and organizations such as Common Sense Media to promote digital citizenship, literacy, and wellness. He now partners with families, school districts, and other educational entities to provide presentations, evaluations, advocacy, counseling, and empowerment services through his company PEACE ED. Justin's work is grounded in a commitment to mental health, neurodiversity-affirming practices, and educational equity.

Deanie Eichenstein, Psy.D.
Dr. Deanie Eichensteinis a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with high-achieving young women. Dr. Eichenstein earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology and holds training in Attachment-Focused EMDR and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. She completed post-doctoral training at Wright Institute LA and gained experience at UCLA Child OCD, Anxiety and Tic Disorder Program and as a research intern for Dr. Daniel Siegel.

David Grüning
David Grüning is Lead Scientist at one sec, where he applies his expertise in psychology and adaptive cognition to help people develop healthier digital habits. He serves as Chair of the Science Board at the Prosocial Design Network, focusing on ethical technology design. David holds degrees in Psychology from the University of Mannheim and Organizational Behavior from Heidelberg University, and currently works as a postdoctoral researcher at the Max-Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin.

Christine Harrison, M.A., LMFT
Christine began her career in children's edutainment, during which she privately tutored children and helped parents understand how they learn. After growing her passion working directly with children and their parents, she became a psychotherapist, specializing in children’s therapy. She earned her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 2011 and after completing a 3-year internship at Valley Family Center, she became licensed in early 2013.

Sam Hiner
Sam Hiner is a student entrepreneur and youth advocate. He is co-founder and Executive Director at Young People’s Alliance, a youth movement focused on student-led advocacy, working to mobilize young people to achieve electoral and policy outcomes. Sam has advocated for youth issues on Capitol Hill, at the North Carolina legislature, and across 11 college campuses.

A renowned thought leader on digital parenting, Titania has contributed to leading media publications, appeared on national television segments, and has written a bestselling technology parenting book.

Seán Killingsworth
Seán Killingsworth is a digital wellness speaker and activist. He founded The Reconnect Movement in high school, which helps inspire and organize young people to create clubs on their campuses that prioritize face-to-face interactions. Sean has appeared as a youth expert on local television in Florida and gave a talk on the collective action problem of technology at PechaKucha Orlando in 2021, when he was 18 years old.

Tracy Markle, MA, LPC
Tracy Markle, MA, LPC is a digital media addiction treatment expert and educator specializing in digital media overuse since 2009. She founded and co-directs Digital Media Treatment and Education Center (dTEC®) and Collegiate Coaching Services in Boulder, CO. Tracy developed a proprietary systemic treatment approach and assessment tools addressing digital media overuse and co-occurring conditions like ADHD, autism, and anxiety. She also creates and delivers clinical trainings to equip professionals with effective strategies for supporting clients struggling with digital media overuse and screentime management.

Ashley Shapiro, MA, BCET
Ashley Shapiro is a Board Certified Educational Therapist (BCET) and Executive Director of edcahoots, a premier educational therapy practice she founded in 2010. She serves as Director of the Certification Board for the Association of Educational Therapists (AET) and has taught as an adjunct professor at California State University, Northridge. With expertise in interventions for learners with disabilities and development of an ethical dilemma model, Ashley offers valuable insight into the relationship between digital wellness and effective learning strategies. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s from UC Berkeley.
